Development on Crowsnest Commons is heating up with leasing well underway and construction on the horizon. Phase 1 of development will include units from 1,000-3,300 sf and set to begin in 2024 and the national grocer is expected to start in 2025. Space is filling up with several pending leases we will release as soon as finalized.

Introducing the new format to our news updates! We trust it will be a quick and easy read to help summarize what exciting projects, tenants, vacancies and new team members are here at Shift.

Now that the sun’s shining even on the drive home, the world seems to be coming alive again. And with those new rays of sunshine, we would like to share a few of the projects that we have closed out with the new year, and the ones that are just blooming with the spring.

As that late summer suddenly turns to winter, we’re wrapping up two major projects here at SHIFT REI – Davis Dodge in Fort Macleod and Civic Square in Coaldale. While we’re excited to announce the final few details of these major developments, we’ve also got our eyes fixed firmly on the future as we announce new acquisitions and builds.

It’s shaping up to be a busy summer here at Shift REI. So much has happened since the last update: we’ve diversified our portfolio with new buildings in new cities and provinces, and we’re nearing the completion of a few of our biggest projects to date.

As the world continues to open up, we’re welcoming new tenants, starting new developments and honouring our commitment to putting people first.
